As per all events, we run Lateral Plains Events is able to provide (as requested/required) all event IT hardware, printing, safety equipment, venues,
and staffing as required. Specifically we are able to provide:
- On-Premise Servers (if required)
- An Admin/Registration machine for each Invigilator
- A delivery machine for each candidate.
- Sufficient spare delivery machines for the entire site. (Normally 10%)
- Data Cabling, (If wifi is not an option) Power cabling for delivery machines, admin machines, servers and networking.
- A laptop and projector for time keeping
- Two Invigilators for any site less than 20 candidates, with one Invigilator for each additional 15 candidates, or as recommended by exam sponsor.
- At least one technician onsite, for the entirety of the Event.
Room Setup
Setup of the exam space in a format that is conducive to the client's exam type. Allow for physical distancing for security and appropriate social distancing for hygiene and safety in either a classroom fashion (as pictured below) or enclosed setup on the following page.
Security
Lateral Plains is well versed in the security and scrutiny of exams. Exam areas can be set up in a range of configurations, ranging from open desk to restricted cubicles with CCTV monitroing of individual candidates.
Time Keeping
Timekeeping of exams will be displayed at the front of the room on a projected screen to ensure candidates can see it, assuming the test environment does not have the facilities built into it.
